Caroline Kung is an experienced investment professional with an extensive track record of executing private equity transactions and value creation at portfolio companies. Caroline was a Managing Director at H.I.G. Capital where she closed 15 transactions across a variety of sectors including business services, managed IT services, enterprise software, chemicals, and healthcare services.
Richard Hopkin was a Managing Director in AFME’s securitisation division from 2010 to 2022, where he led the industry's response to many EU and UK regulatory changes. Prior to joining AFME he had a successful 20 year career in European securitisation during which he held leadership positions at J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank and Société Générale.
