Jason Kravitt is the founder of Mayer Brown’s securitization practice and was co chair of the firm from 1998-2001. He has helped the firm's clients create some of the most significant securitization products used in the capital markets today and is well known for being a Co-Founder of the Securitization Industry’s original trade association.

Ganesh Rajendra has 20+ years experience in investment banking, primarily in the credit and asset-/ mortgage-backed markets. Prior to co-founding Integer Advisors, he led the fixed income credit and securitized product strategy team at RBS in London for 7 years. Before joining RBS in 2010, Ganesh was at Henderson Global Investors as the Head of Advisory.

Diane Alfano was the driving force behind the Institutional Investor (II) brand for 37 years. Diane transformed a financial print publication into a dynamic and diversified global business incorporating market intelligence, events, data and capital placement. She evolved a venerable publication into a modern, omnichannel platform for the global investment community and a trusted matchmaker for asset managers and allocators.

Caroline Kung is an experienced investment professional with an extensive track record of executing private equity transactions and value creation at portfolio companies. Caroline was a Managing Director at H.I.G. Capital where she closed 15 transactions across a variety of sectors including business services, managed IT services, enterprise software, chemicals, and healthcare services. 

Richard Hopkin was a Managing Director in AFME’s securitisation division from 2010 to 2022, where he led the industry's response to many EU and UK regulatory changes.  Prior to joining AFME he had a successful 20 year career in European securitisation during which he held leadership positions at J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank and Société Générale.
