Our Team
Jade is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of DealCatalyst, focusing on fostering partnerships with finance industry trade groups to refine their event strategy and offer bespoke event solutions for individual financial services firms.
Jade has 19 years of experience in creating, organizing, and implementing large-scale financial conferences across many time zones and cultures. She produced the largest securitization industry conferences in the U.S. and Europe during her tenure at Information Management Network, a division of Euromoney Institutional Investor, bringing together the key ABS market players to network, learn, and most importantly, transact.
As a seasoned organizer of financial conferences, she set out to reinvent the traditional model of corporate events by co-founding DealCatalyst. Through the application of the latest technology, DealCatalyst helps capital markets stay connected and informed.
Jade is a fan of international travel and cuisine, historic architecture, and a good ghost story.
Co-Founder
Chris is an experienced events professional with over 18 years of specializing in revenue operations and the management of C-suite-level client relationships globally.
As a founding principal, Chris facilitates deal-making introductions and private meetings serving the global and structured product community, connecting bond issuers, institutional investors, underwriters, their customers, and the people and processes that serve them.
Chris has successfully managed a team of sales and business development professionals responsible for a portfolio of institutional investment conferences including some of the industry’s largest ABS gatherings during his tenure at Information Management Network, a subdivision of Euromoney Institutional Investor.
Chris is an avid cricket fan and loves hunting, fishing and the outdoors.
Todd is an experienced head of content known for driving content-led strategies and revenue growth in the events industry. He is responsible for producing industry leading programs for the DealCatalyst community of borrowers, investors, and financial service providers.
Todd held the position as head of content at Fintech Nexus (formerly LendIt Fintech) for more than 8 years, building a leading digital and in-person events platform for fintechs, banks, and investors. He has produced content in all forms for the past 16 years, fostering relationships with industry leaders and establishing partnerships with leading media outlets. Todd is a sought-after speaker and moderator at industry events, bringing a proven track record of success in content and relationship management.
He is an avid reader and sports fan, following Notre Dame football, the Buffalo Bills, and the New York Mets.
Charlene excels in agenda building, speaker coordination, and ensuring seamless conference execution. With a knack for detail and a creative approach, she delivers engaging experiences for diverse audiences.
Specializing in developing content-rich agendas, Charlene collaborates closely with industry experts to identify trends and bring fresh perspectives to the stage. Her expertise spans various sectors, where she ensures every event aligns with its unique objectives and audience expectations.
Born and raised in Trinidad & Tobago, Charlene brings a vibrant perspective to her work. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys immersing herself in musicals and reading, reflecting her passion for creativity.
Nikeisha is an Innovative Corporate Consultant with over seventeen (17) years of demonstrable experience supporting C-Suite Executives across various companies in the Caribbean, the UK, and the USA. She has worked extensively with SMEs, Professionals, and Entrepreneurs in setting up, administering, and consulting on their business operations, compliance, legal, and corporate governance requirements.
She holds a law degree from the University of London, a CMI Level 7 certification in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice, an MBA with Distinction in Business Administration specializing in Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation from the Anglia Ruskin University, and a BA (Hons) in Management from the University of Sunderland.
Nikeisha enjoys networking, traveling, dancing, and hiking. She is also passionate about creative arts and the culture of all people.
Jo is responsible for all commercial aspects of DealCatalyst.
With 15 years’ experience in global information businesses for the insurance, hedge fund and private equity sectors, Jo has understood the importance on driving client value through demonstrable ROI. A relentless customer focus has led to Jo and his teams’ to successfully grow businesses, while maintaining client satisfaction and retention.
Occasionally you may find Jo competing in a sprint triathlon for charity, otherwise, he’ll be cooking (sometimes) delicious food for his family in London.
Daniel is the Head of Sales at DealCatalyst, assisting in delivering world class business events, partnering with finance industry trade groups to refine their event strategy and offer bespoke event solutions for individual financial services firms.
Daniel has over 25 years of experience in publishing, events and awards. Having spent 20 years working on GlobalCapital, (as was EuroWeek) he has worked with some of the world’s top investment banks on bespoke reports, developed awards programs from the ground up to becoming the must attend in their sector, along with high impact digital and corporate campaigns for major issuers in the debt capital markets.
Under his 7-year tenure at Euromoney magazine (alongside GlobalCapital), he trebled the growth of the image licensing business and singled handedly sold awards dinners in the Private Banking space and their flagship Awards for Excellence in London and Dubai. One absolute stand out was the Euromoney 50th anniversary dinner with over 750 people in attendance.
As a seasoned professional in the capital markets space with a background in marketing, Daniel thinks out of the box to bring creative solutions with real impact to clients.
Daniel is a fan of international travel and likes to wakeboard.
Blad is an experienced sales/relationship manager and has led growth revenue across several organizations in the events and fintech space.
Blad led sales and growth for Fintech Nexus (Formally LendIt Fintech) for close to 8 years establishing himself as one of the go to individuals for matchmaking and industry introductions. With over 16 years of event experience Blad has helped launch multiple products across a variety of geographies including LatAm, Europe and Asia.
Blad enjoys spending time with his family, enjoys routing on his son and his two favorite sports team. The Philadelphia Eagles and New York Mets.
Marielle is the Vice President of Sales, specifically focussing on fostering and nurturing relationships with financial services firms within the capital markets industry to support the delivery of world class financial events. Marielle has a background of working in financial publishing, conference sponsorship and industry award programs.
Previous experience lies in managing a team of business development professionals responsible for the delegate acquisition process and project management of audience and revenue growth for global conferences across multiple industry sectors.
Marielle resides in London and enjoys the vast restaurant and food scene which the city hosts, when not cooking for friends and family. She is also an avid fan of sports whether that’s watching or participating.
Danielle is an experienced Client Success Manager, focused on ensuring all event sponsors have a rewarding and enjoyable conference experience.
Danielle has spent 8 years working on financial and fintech conferences, having previously built out and managed the Client Success and VIP programs at Fintech Nexus (formerly LendIt fintech). She started her career in Account Management with various advertising agencies throughout the U.S.
In her spare time you’ll find her playing tennis, cheering on her beloved USC Trojans and Atlanta Braves, spending time with her family or walking her pup along the Chattahooche River!
Chris is the Head of Marketing, specializing in marketing, publishing, content marketing, podcast development and events.
With more than 30 years of experience in financial publishing, he has held senior roles at: global finance magazine Euromoney, international capital markets news site Global Capital and financial law magazine International Financial Law Review.
Chris enjoys cycling, reading and scuba diving.
Kelly brings her extensive work history and dynamic skill set to DealCatalyst’s marketing team as an Associate Project Manager and Marketing Specialist. With over a decade of diverse professional experience, Kelly excels in creating a strong, consistent brand presence across various online and offline marketing channels. Her true expertise shines in event technology management, optimizing the attendee journey, and delivering exceptional customer service.
In her free time, you can find Kelly listening to true crime podcasts while playing with her dog, Simon and cat, Beanie, in rehearsals with JKing Dance Company, or practicing yoga.
André has over seven years of strategic marketing experience within B2B events and media businesses, focusing on maximising audience engagement and commercial value through innovative strategies.
Within the capital markets industry, André has worked on growing world-class conferences and prestigious awards programmes.
André found his passion for marketing when studying a BSc in Business Management, before a MSc in Marketing & Strategy, both at Kingston University.
Jason is results-driven Director of Business Operations with over 20 years of expertise in scaling organizations, financial management, and strategic planning.
Currently the Director of Operations at DealCatalyst, Jason brings a proven track record in performance optimization, client retention, and cross-functional alignment. Known for his insightful guidance to executive leaders, he promotes accountability, manages high-impact projects, and drives organizational transformation through process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
With strengths in budgeting, forecasting, and team leadership, Jason consistently delivers results that enhance efficiency, sustain growth, and support top-tier success.
